SMS eternal send

Is it just me, or does this text sending forever thing only happening while on 4G? It doesnt seem to do it on 3G at all that ive seen. I turned 4g off 2 days ago, and it hasnt happened once in those two days. Just curious if anyone is having this problem on the 3G network as well.

No 4G in my area (I have 4G turned off), I've never had this problem.

I'm only having problems with MMS in 4G area, but I think that is directly related to the rom I'm running.

No 4G in my area either. Unless i turn it to CDMA only i get the same problem with the eternal sending. Airplane mode is the only quick fix i could find and it wasnt 100% effective. Even rebooting doesn't work.
