[Fix] Screen lock sound quiet dtmf sounds quiet

So I wiped data via recovery on my phone. After that my lock screen and dtmf tones were quiet. I factory reset etc didn't fix it. So I was googling and found that these are system sounds and found an application called audio manager (free in market) I downloaded that and now my sounds are fixed. That application allows you to modify system volume level.
