[MOD] Full Arabic Support (UI, Gmail, Browser, HTC Arabic Keyboard) for 2.50.405.2

Hello Arabic users!

This patch is a result of a great effort from Madmack, Brightidea & D69K.

It can be flashed over any ROM based on 2.50.405.2 HTC base. It will fully customize your device for Arabic language including:

• Full Arabic Interface
• Right to left support
• Arabic in stock browser
• Stock HTC Arabic keyboard
• Arabic in Gmail
• ...and more!

Once again, I'm not the patch developer, I just built it using their amazing tool.
