Default VVVVVV on android [gameplay video + tutorial]

You may or may not have heard of VVVVVV but long story short its a very fun indie game for the Windows, Mac and Linux. Yesterday one of my friends said to me hey wouldn't it be cool if that game was available for android! so I found a way to play it

Gameplay of VVVVVV on xperia play:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOP31TLKeAQ

Tutorial:
1. download and install swf player
https://market.android.com/details?i...shplayer&hl=en

2. Get the swf version of VVVVVV, make sure you own the game! I wont help you find this file.

3. get astro file manager (or any other file manager that works you) then long tap on your homescreen, choose shortcuts, choose astro, browse to where you saved VVVVVV and choose it.

4. all done! now just click on the icon to launch the game.

if you have any questions feel free to ask.

PS: Yes the physical keys do work you only need to use the virtual keys once to launch the game.

PSS: Have now got the X button to work for flipping gravity so you can play the full game properly, Just go into key setting in swfplayer and choose track ball pressed and change it to activate the space bar, swf player thinks the xperia plays X button is a track ball being pressed so this makes it activate a virtual space bar press.

In the latest update the game got remade in C++ so you will have to find to old flash version somewhere online. downloading the demo works too.

will it allow the use of the Play controllers if it is just swf. Or do you need that swfplayer to configure the controllers?

well I Had to use swf player because the game uses the dpad to play and the enter key to start the game. unfortunately the xperia play doesnt have a physical enter key which is why I used swf player to make a virtual one just to start the game up.
