Default [Q] Where is the notification bar image?
More specifically where it says ongoing or notifications. Where is the image for the bar color of those notifications in the framework-res file.

Are you asking about the color behind it or the text itself? The text is xml and that can be edited but it is harder than just changing the image in the background.
