Hereby, I present you GingerReal.
The development of this ROM, is 100% aimed on stability and speed, which we have proven. Current install base over 500.000 smartphones around the globe!


Flash this ROM and you will never go to another

-Based on Android 2.3.6 XWKT7
-EXT4/Rfs conversation (EXT4 by default)
-CF-Root 3.7 B82 ex fixed
-ClockWorkMod 4 recovery
-Engengis.Charlie powered
-Full BLN support
-Deodexed + zipaligned
-Apps2sd
-Support for cifs and tun
-Full root 3.0.7
-Busybox 1.19.3 + wget support
-Big APN list
-Hacked host file
-Grouped widgets
-GingerBread keyboard
-GingerReal Boot
-TWapps package (to restore samsung apps)


There are more ways to install this rom. Use the way you like it the most.
Remeber GingerReal devs don't have an ace we will provide a very simple installation guide
Notice: all data will be wiped
1. Flash stock KPH/KPN (GingerBread bootloaders is the most important)
2. Flash ClockWorkMod Recovery 4.0.0.9
3. Download the latest release down here and put it on your SD-card
4. Boot into recovery mode
5. choose "install zip from sdcard"
6. choose "choose zip from sd"
7. choose the GingerReal-ACE-V.x.x-xxxx.zip and let it install
8. Reboot your device
9. wait till it is fully booted

Update you ROM
1. Download the latest release down here and put it on your SD-card
2. Boot into recovery mode
3. choose "install zip from sdcard"
4. choose "choose zip from sd"
5. choose the GingerReal-ACE-V.x.x-xxxx.zip and let it install
6. Reboot your device
7. wait till it is fully booted


Bases: (Will all wipe)

TWapps-XWKT7-GR-2.0 << flash to get samsung apps back

Well there is no theme
I don't have an ace if I have to create a big theme to, that's not going to work.

So KPH is required? It says KPN version is WIP but:

Well the only thing you need are the right bootloaders
So what base you current rom is isn't the most important thing

Another question, what's the point of flashing cf-root when it's included in the package anyway?
