My findings so far
WIFI - Works
3G - Works
So far I have not had any problems will continue testing tomorrow evening it's close to midnight here now

How does putting a paid app in a rom work? (root exp)

Did the dev give you permission?

He means if you've included Root Explorer in the ROM, it'll get taken down off XDA unless the developer of the app gave you permission to include it, as they sell that app on the Android Market.
