How Can I Bring Firmware Down?

Hey guys, I'm currently running Gingerbread 2.3.4 with the EH06 modem, and on the EG22 build. I was wondering how I could go down to EC05..
if it matters, I'm running RandomROM 2.3.4

Yep, just Odin in any modem.tar or use Heimdall and put in a modem.bin.

When I do this it freezes at modem

Which one Heimdall or Odin? Put the modem.tar in the phone slot of odin.

I always put the modem.tar in pda? And modem.bin in phone

I never tried a modem.bin in Odin. I used Heimdall for that. But the modem.tar usually works from either slot. His phone has been a bit finicky. Maybe it's his cable.
