Unresponsive while charging

Hi, for some reason, my EVO 3d seems a bit unresponsive only when its plugged in. It's hard to swype the side to get to the other screens. When I unplug the phone from the charger, then all is fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Sounds like you need a hard reset.

I had that with my Evo 4g. It was because I wasn't using the OEM charger. I switched to the charger that came with the phone and didn't have the issue again. Try switching your charger before the hard reset.

yes, I'm using the charger that came with the phone. Now its not doing it. It happens during random times, and does not happen to often.
