3. Click the START button

What is this? No screenshots or anything? And i googled uckh3 and nothing came up. Oh and I like how you uploaded a .rar file when you could have easily made it a .zip file instead.

Have u tried to download the file and see what it is? Looks like a stock captivate leak to me, why do you need screenshots for a stock rom?

It would at least be nice to see a screenshot of the "About Phone" section to see the kernel and modem flashed on it.

Newb question how and where does the kernel source drop?

This is great! I'm super excited to try this but I want to wait until it can be rooted and repackaged. As I understand it Gingerbreak still does not work with any 2.3.4 and doesn't work with most 2.3.3 distributions.
