On first boot rom might reboot 2 or 3 times, then take a little bit before boot screen comes, just wait for it.

--Disabled Flip animation in Clock for more Speed on Home Screen

--Added Gruesomes Jamz (if you have ran shooter you know what I mean. Its allot of nice sound tweaks)
--Went back to the Root of the port by replacing some HTC apps with aosp apps (you can find the htc apps on sdcard if you should want to have them back)
