Default Bricked Acer Liquid, SD card questions

hey, I have an acer liquid that ive yet to use for a day. I as soon as i got it would go black screen and non responsive. I was able to install MIUI and malez but i still had problems. I bought a new battery off ebay as i read there have been issues with the stock one. today i get the battery, i pop it in and it boots up. no problems for about ten minutes when out of no where, the phone goes off. it does respond with vibrations when buttons are pressed ( vol up+ cam+pwr) but no response at the screen. when the phone is plunged into the pc its not recognized....am i beating a dead horse?

i have deleted all the files on the sd card, is there a link for a copy of the stock sd files? i have been looking around and all i find are .bins and .img not files.

I understand I have to use the ACER A1 software, but the phone is not recognized by my lappy (asus rog) I did find x64 drivers on line but still no result. I cant even find the drivers on my computer to uninstall them

The drivers will only work if you had debug enabled.
Try this, download LiquidNext 1.8 from modaco, and copy the zip to the sdcard (find a reader, or put it in another cellphone).
Remove batter, put it back in, and press vol down, camera, and power until you feel 3 vibrations. After that, you're in recovery, and can flash LiquidNext.

MIUI was too unstable for me, i had the same issues as you...
