When using the USB mass storage with Windows it's not enough to "Safe unmount" the device, you have to do a right click on the Touchpad disk inside Explorer and hit "Unmount", then the Touchpad will leave the USB screen automatically.

if its not attached to a PC and you accidently hit the vol+ button on booting just hold power and home-button for 10-15 sec.

Thank you.. All of you.. I've got it back to normal.. But maybe you guys can help with another issue I'm having.. I've put about a gig of music and a couple of pdf's on my TP and after unmounting I can't find any of it.. Am I missing something? I did create new folders for them on the root of the drive.. Remounted and they are still there.. What's the deal?

I believe you need to put it under /media/internal. That's like the “sdcard” of the touchpad.

Just had a scare. This worked for me! Thought of mentioning it here for the key combinations in case someone needs it.
