Default [Q] WiFi required for d/l from market (MIUI)

I am trying to download an app in the market and it says that file size is too large and I need to have WiFi connection. I cannot find any settings to change this, to allow me to d/l on 3g. Anyone else run into this issue? Is it market or MIUI specific?

It's Adobe Reader. I've downloaded this same app over 3g multiple times. Is it the new market that has the restriciton? Or is it built into MIUI? and if so where is the setting to change it? I can't find it anywhere. It also just started happening with the 8.26 build, I believe I d/l Adobe over 3g on the 8.5 build of MIUI.

Just FYI, it really just recommends wifi. It will still let you download over 3g if you want, even though it says WiFi required. It takes alot longer though.
