Fun take on a familiar game type. I left the game and went back in only to find a black screen.

Unfortunately I'm on Motorola Triumph so I have to kill the app the old fashioned way instead of holding down the back button.

Thanks for the information, will be fixed soon.

EDIT: This issue should be solved now in v1.0.8 now available on Android Market, SlideIn and GetJar

Can you explain why this App needs so many permissions? For example I don't see why it should need a permission to acquire my location for a tilt-jump game.

It's always nice to read what the permissions I grant are used for in the description of an app.

might have to do with openfeint, or just random things that require those permissions

Sent from my SGH-i917 using XDA Windows Phone 7 App

Hi,

Thanks for the tip, I'll include permissions breakdown in Market description also.

Permissions breakdown:

NETWORK COMMUNICATION
OpenFeint online gaming network, Ads.

VIEW NETWORK STATE
Allow OpenFeint to detect network state.

STORAGE
Offline cache for OpenFeint.

COARSE (NETWORK-BASED) LOCATION
Ads system needs approximate device location for better ads targeting.
In future OpenFeint will need this for geo-location leaderboards.

PREVENT DEVICE FROM SLEEPING
Prevent the device from going to sleep while game is running.

CONTROL VIBRATOR
Vibrating effects during game.

Nice game, but sometimes the gyros seem a little bit laggy. Device is a ZTE Blade.

Thanks for information. I'll test later today with ZTE Blade and see how it works.

However, fast googling turned out that ZTE Blade has some slowness in accelometer.

Do you have stock firmware or custom (Cm7) installed?

Did some testing, here's results:
Tested with ZTE Blade running stock firmware.

Accelerator (and whole phone) lags really bad when android background data was enabled, could not play any game smoothly.

After background data was disabled, the game was playable, even though accelerator is a bit slow (maybe 200ms latency).
