Default Delete Backup roms ?

I have some backup roms on my sd card and now I want to delete some of them.
How is the best way to delete them ?

There are Three ways, the backups will be individually stored within date and time named directories on the sd card simply delete each one

1) download file manager app like Astro from market, then navigate to /sdcard/clockworkmod/backups and you should find date names directory, delete

2) download ROM manager app from market, use the manage and restore backups option then delete

3) plug your phone into PC, mount sd card as disc and then navigate to directory as named in 1) and delete

I keep 2-3 backups on my PC, (one is STOCK rom, other two are most recent ones) and delete the files from the backup folders in /sdcard/clockworkmod/backups I do not delete the folder itself. I only keep one backup in phone for emergencies.
