Default [Q] TouchPad Display isn't as Bright as another identical unit

I just compared my buddies TouchPad to mine and his screen is MUCH brighter, mine doesn't seem very bright at all. Yes, I'm aware of the option on the top right to adjust the brightness level :)

We're both using TouchPad 32GB 3.0.2., i'm overclocked to 1,7GHz, he's on stock kernel.

Any ideas?

Open up the app launcher -> Settings -> Screen & Lock -> Disable Auto Dim.

This should also have been posted in general, it has nothing to do with development.

There are two different types of displays.. I have 3 TP's in my home and one of them is much brighter and displays colors in a different shade.. I wouldn't see that one screen is better than the other though

Thank you for your answers guys and sorry for posting in the wrong forum.

So there's nothing i can do about that? I disabled auto-brightness but there still is a difference.

The screens are just different and that's it?
