I always think that when the phone release day PRL is better than regular PRL.

I still remember having amazing speed on release day for both EVO 4G and EVO 3D and after that it's all downhill.

I am on 21081 and have not had any problems.

I bet the phone release day PRL if you had it on your phone you would still connect to the same exact towers as 21081.
