It would be nice to separate the Asus apps into additionally flashable package cause most of the included stuff have superior market's equivalents (or simply just works which is a hard case for Asus stuff).

Question: Since this uses the same source as Revolver & Prime and does not have any visual improvements/enhancements compared to others, what will be the advantage of flashing this ROM if I already have the latest Prime/Revolver installed?

Can't speak here about advantages compared to other very good ROMs here, you can give a try to each ROM and find any changes yourself, and then decide

It would be good to know about the differences because that will help a lot of people that have similar questions. I have already tried Prime & Revolver and did not see any difference that's why I am just curious of what this "new" ROM brings to the TF.

Well I'm using some different tweaks, I tried to make this ROM running as fast as possible without using OC kernel. I also tried to balanced battery life as well.
