The features of the kernel are

- Overclocking up to 1.6GHz
- CIFS
- Bootanimation
- BootLOGO

Overclocking
Use setcpu, min voltage is 800 MV.
Max clock is 1.6GHz

For you flash this backup your EFS
It is an important partition, if you dont have this, you cannot call, sms ,wifi, 3g.
All mobile data.

You must flash this kernel via Odin, if you dont know how, this kernel is not for you.

CIFS
Read the README in the cifs.zip.

Boot-
BootLOGOPlace an 480x800 image in /sdcard/bootstuff name it logo.png .
Bootanimation name it bootanimation.zip, place it in /sdcard/bootstuff .

There will not be a CM7 kernel without permission to make CM7 kernels of codeworkx.
He say that it make bugreports harder.
I go work on it to make one for testing.
But I go not release it public.

netchip, do u mind to make a kernel build by bmarko for MIUI rom and add tweaks for oc & uv ? as the touchwiz kernel is not full compatible with aosp rom ..

Please don't. Bmarko and the CM7 team have both requested kernel developers not to make any kernels for CM7/MIUI right now.
