I've used a SE phone before and their bundled earphones are of a better than average quality. I would say that these earphones aren't all that good, average at best and you should consider going for a higher quality one.

Depends how picky you are (the sound in them are bad). If your going to stream some music from any music service like spotify or wimp (with low bitrate) it don't do much of a difference . If your going to listen to your own personal ripped flac collection you probably want to buy a new pair of earphones or maybe headphones.

I wasn't to happy with the rubber ether but changed it for another pair of rubber from an pair of SE earphones. After that its good enough for me. But I'm currently just streaming poor quality any way.

you might wanna try tuneIn app for streaming, you can often choose higher quality streams.

I've not used bundled earphones from any of my last few phones, I just automatically assume they're crap.

HOLY Truth

just note that even the earphones that come with MP3 player...even excellent players are just CRAP, and those are supposed to put emphasys on products that DO JUST ONE THING ....PLAY MUSIC with quality.....

so imagine how BAD are the one packaged with a phone....
