[Q] How to restore to nodo from rtm 7720?

I got my quantum on the rtm mango build yesterday or 2 days ago, and the first day it was great, but then next morning, i saw the phone was on critically low battery, and I dont really use it that much, and after charging, after about 2 or 3 hours of light use, I looked and saw it was back on low battery! and the phone performance is sluggish, so I really just want to restore back to my nodo version, I have the backup folder and everything, but am not sure of what to do with it. Help plz?

I'm sure I've seen a lot of posts/threads about the battery fix for mango roms...

To answer your question, following this guide will put you back to stock, which you can update back to nodo.
