Default [Q] Fastboot problem

Hey guys, Im having trouble with root on my xperia play r800x. Im using fastboot but it always says "< waiting for device >" its in the right mode, i have tried many different drivers, it just wont find me device. Any help?

Do you have an unlocked bootloader?

Dont think you can use FastBOOT without UnBlocked Bootloader =/
If you said "thanks" and using a PC,there is no reason not to click the "thanks" button

before starting keep in mind the only way to root the r800x is to unlock the bootloader rendering warranty useless
you have to unlock your bootloder before you can root it
pm ashergrey with your meid number you can find that info in the settings in "about phone" and he'll send you the unlock code

NO OTHER METHODS OF ROOT WILL WORK so dont bother

guys,help,i have R800i,and i just updated to stock 4.0.2.a.062

i did the fastboot method but this is what i get

It's not to do with root, that error means you do not have an unlocked bootloader.

eh,i thought r800i dont need to unlock bootloader?
