First person to respond with an image (or more) and a color scheme gets a customized dialer. I get to test my skills, you get something no one else has. Also give me some details on what you would like it to look like.

I use Eclipse for a ROM so you will need to have that. Why? Because I cant test it unless I can install it.

Aosp Theme? Also isn't eclipse an blur based rom, so it should work on it No?, any who anything asop will be AWESOME!!

Mike.. your image doesnt show up but, it appears to me you tried to stick one in there. Red is the color.. if you can get that image to show up Im on it.

Ill wait for you though since you were the first to stick an image in there. Since I havent seen it yet, it can be a color, favore football team, favorite beer, a design you grabbed. A wallpaper you like that you would like to see become a dialer button, etc... I could probably even make the entire thing transparent so your homescreen bleeds through to the buttons.
