[Q] Side loading apps

I have had my Venue for about 2 weeks and it won't root or allow me to sideload apps. I did buy it from Dell but on AT&T contract. I am unsure if it's an AT&T issue or if this is for everyone. I talked to dell technical support and they had me install the mysync application on my computer, but form what I can tell it does just photo backups. Anyone else having these problems or know a fix??

321 is like 340/352 on the streak.

Just search on how to enable it for 340/352 and the steps will be more or less identical.

I wrote THIS but I havnt actually tested it thorughly so it might be missing details
