Default (Q)Theming settings menu

Im trying to find a way to change the colour or change the image(if it is a image) of the settings menus on gingerbread. Is this possible?

Do you mean like this:

Or this:

For the first one, pull the framework-res.apk and Settings.apk from your ROM and put them in your apktool folder
In cmd type

apktool if framework-res.apk
apktool d Settings.apk

You'll see the images you can replace. There's "ic_settings_phone", "ic_settings_privacy" etc

For the second picture I believe those images are in framework-res.apk

Settings in the first pic. But not the images, the colour of the menu. Black with grey seperators.
