Defy GSM network stucks in EMERGENCY MODE

Im using a Motorola Defy 2.2 MB525 (rooted)

My location: Mumbai, India.

I have IDEA sim card. Most of the time my phone network gets screwed. I was using Vodafone sim for last 8-9years, but i was facing network problem since i bought DEFY. I thought its network problem due to new vodafone 3G activation.

So I switched to IDEA with 3G. But now same here. I get no network. And if i get network, 3G doesnt gt network.

I asked other IDEA users.. they get full network.. even in washrooms.

But its only me on DEFY with EMERGENCY MODE (RED + sign).

I think its because of the FROYO update. Any HELP ? FIX ?

I hv installed Defy Baseband Switcher, network is stable now.. Hope it works fine, will update soon.
