Bump, if someone know.

Not that I am aware of.
Only few Gingerbread phones have it and CyanogenMod 7.2 (they did a backport of the ICS rotation animation. It doesn't work in our CM 7.2 port)

But it works on cm9

I need it too....(4 files firmware for ddkp3)

@ gcclanlord, he's getting them from a samsung site. if you look a few pages back, he had provided the 4-file kpq as well

Xxkp9 > ddkp3

Yea.

Important general observation

The extra usage by Dialer is attributable to massive number of messages.

When we open messages, the process is com.android.phone, which is dialer, and in battery stats in Dialer, there is Dialer Storage, which stores the messages.

So when we open messages, dialer is used. And when the number of messages is huge (~4000 right nw) the process is used for longer time, hence the higher usage and battery consumption.
