Hi,

I have my stock rom rooted x10 mini pro 10W50 phone, and I'm stuck in 2.c step.
My phone stays with static green led (never flashes) and black screen. S1 tool never does anything.

I keep my finger on the back button of the phone for about 10 mins and nothing :S

what should I do?

My phone still works fine, but I whant to unlock it to install ICS.

Kind regards and thanx for the step by step guide. I really have a lot of work on it

The LED is not supposed to blink so don't worry about that. Have you installed the flashmode drivers and your device's ADB drivers? Only connect your phone to your computer in flash mode when S1tool prompts you to do so.

Yes, Installed flashmode drivers and ADB. I'm connecting when S1tool ask me to.

Shall I keep the back button pressed all the time?

My antivirus is off.

Er... press and hold it as you are plugging it in, then let go as soon as the LED flashes green.

GDX is compatible with numerous versions of Alfs kernels provided you flash the corresponding Alfs add-on from the GDX thread.

The phone's led turns green, S1Tool does nothing (the progress bar moves in green but nothing else), and nothing else happens on the PC.
