bricked defy (with 2nd init and miui)

hi guys, i'm in a huge problem, i had my defy with miui installed all worked ok, changed the baseband with the baseband switcher, and restarted, now when it starts, a red motorola logo appears, then a blue led turns on, then green and then it turns off stays idle, i dont know what to do, i tried using my brother's battery (he got a defy too) thats at 100% but nothing, the battery i'm using is at 50% or so (tested it in his defy), so i dunno, i tried the power on + volume up or volume down and i get nothing, RSD Lite 4.9 doesnt detect squat, and i dont know what to do, anyone could just help me please, i know there are rules in this forum but i actually know noone knowledgeable enough to help me, so please lend me a hand i'm willing to try anything (i dont think i need the "mcgyver" trick cos i can charge the battery with my bro's phone), so any help is appreciated.

Hi,
Before test re-flash the original zip update if you can open 2ndinit recovry.
If not, restart defy with vol+ pull for open the flash mode
50% battery state is good... battery of your brother 100% is good too

hi, sorry i kind of didnt understand u, could u please tell me like in a set of instructions so i know what goes first and how, i'm a bit green about this kind of stuff, forgive my ignorance

At first, sorry for my english.

At boot logo, at the blue led, press vol- enter in 2ndinit, select stable recovry and re flash your zip of miui.
If this don't work, restart defy and still pull Vol+ during boot and enter in bootloader mode, after connect defy to pc and launch rsd, and select an sbf of your choice.
After start the flash of sfb
