Volume.apk?

I have seen some roms have the + volume app in them to turn up our handset volumes. And yes i have seen that it can be done in the SPL? or something like that. But is there an apk i can install that will let me do this from it instead of having to bust out my laptop to do this. I know ive seen an integrated one. Thanks in advance.
