Talking [ROM]Fast MIUI w/Sound (Released) and [ROM]AOSP and Unofficial CM7 with Sound(Soon)

Alright, now straight to business - The beloved MoDaCo developer TripNRaVeR has managed to get MIUI to work with sound, and fixed almost all issues. So far the few issues that I get are:

Camera - busted
Texts - some people seem to have issues
Sound - WORKING!!!
Themes - Busted

Downloads:

As per TripNRaVeR's request - there will be no mirrors to his work, and no direct downloads on XDA. So here is a link to his thread, where all the good things are cooked, and still cooking.

MIUI ROM - MOD EDIT
BEWARE THAT SOME USERS THAT USE OTHER THEMES (INCLUDING ME) ARE NOT ABLE TO UNLOCK THEIR PHONES AFTER THAT!! If you used other themes, and you are now locked out - please reinstall the ROM and do not touch the themes, until this bug is fixed

He is also working on AOSP / Unofficial CM7 with sound, to have us up and running till the great guys from Cyanogen release the nightlies so we can enjoy some genuine CM7

AOSP/Unofficial CM7 ROM (TripNRaVeR is still cooking it) - MOD EDIT

Really happy to see the non-sense development starting to work, thanks to the dev, and if you guys are enjoying his ROM - buy the dude some beers, he surely deserves them!!

MIUI Changelog:

Code:
**Alpha 1 Release**
- Sound - (working)
- Camera - (not working)

Fixes:

MOD EDIT
This I picked up on an XDA thread with the Nexus One and MIUI. It was a fix for Tmobile users complain about small MMS files with MIUI.
OFF the soapbox while posting a link from here to help over there till this gets pulled
For faster speeds - You can install other kernels. I have tried with Faux kernel - and it works like a charm!!

I don't want to be a downer or anything but this may be over-saturating this section with information already covered elsewhere... It's not really anything in development per this thread unless you plan to update the op with flashing procedures and changelogs... even then it's not a dev thread... it's a tracking thread...

I mean, mr2324jgf is right. The AOSP ROM isn't even available yet and the OP has absolutely nothing to do with the development of it. He knows just as much as the rest of us at this point. Which is that there is a ROM in the works, which we still have to wait for. If we have to wait for a ROM we might as well continue to wait for CM7.

I agree with mr2324jgf that this thread is useless.

AOSP rom is not up yet, but MIUI rom is.

I will add changelogs for each one of them, to keep the XDA community informed on the work done by the great dev.

But if you guys dont like it - I will ask the mods to remove the thread.

If you are gonna keep up with it to post updates, changelogs, links etc. then go for it. I just think the thread is a bit premature at this point but what's done is done.
