Sounds like Google Translate to me.

By intepreting the google translate way I think he is asking whether push notifications for whatsapp while in sleep mode is resolved if he upgrades to XXKPH.

Gingerbread has a tenancy to loose data connection (GPRS/EDGE/3G) while it is in sleep mode(screen off). Obviously you will not receive mail and not get the notification while screen if off. SMS is not an issue. I am not sure if this is resolved so far.
