[Development Suggestion] Arabic support in XXKPH

Hey guys,

I really appreciate all of the work the devs are doing to improve our phone, and I'm suggesting a way to make even more users happy.

Right now the majority are using XXKPH and most of the roms and themes are based on it, hence JPKP5 users are usually left out, as kkrraazzyy said

Our ROM get arabic support but this is for XXKB3.. sorry

Not exactly, it appears that there is a very small difference other than the arabic support that makes most of the themes and mods incompatible.
