Can we just do it with adb without this battery pulling out thing, something like:

adb shell cat /proc/kmsg > %userprofile%/desktop/kmesg.txt

Press CTRL-C to end logging.

While on the splash screen you have no adb. adb needs a booted kernel. Which is not happening with your CM.

It doesnt get as hot as it did this morning.
Think im gonna try that beta kernel.
If i get heating again you want the kmsg file or its useless cause its beta?

Already written somewhere in this thread. This kernel is already undervolted and I will release a version which has, again, lower voltage than already used.
