With any of custom roms does anyone get youtube 1080p to playback without stutter?

Shutter as in the letter box? ( black bars on the top and bottom of the video)
does the video you are watching have the letter box on your pc? if so then it was just the way the video was encoded...

I believe he said "stutter", as in jerky playback. The two words look pretty similar

OP, you may want to be specific on which ROMs you've tried or are referring to.

wow lol ive been awake way too long..... well i guess thats what mandatory 12 hours shifts do to you is it mid-night yet lol
