Whatsapp crashing on GingerDx

Hey guys, I've been using Whatsapp on Froyobread all the time and I've never experienced any problems. But since I'm using GingerDX (my first version was 008),
Whatsapp app is crashing on random occasions when I press "Send" (when sending message).
Example: I can send 5-10 messages, but then when I write a new one and press send, Error pops up and it says something like "application blahblahblah has encountered an error and it needs to be shut down" (Force quit) Or something like that.

Anyone has similar problems?

+1, GingerDx 017 with LinuxDX 004, but it crashed with all GingerDX and Froyobreads..

+1 alfs kernel GC8.1 Rom also had same problem when i was using LinuxDX kernel and GingerDX Rom V17-V18-V19
so sounds like it's the whatsapp problem not the ROM

Same problem on GingerDX v020 using stock kernel.

I heard you can send the message by using the Enter-key on the keyboard, NOT using the send-button within Whatsapp. This way it shouldn't crash. I can't verify this at the moment, because my girlfriend has my X8.

I have the same problem, but don't actually care.
The message won't get lost or something, and after opening whatsapp again, everything should be fine

launcherpro crashes on every reboot here....
