[App Request] Is there iGo for Android or similar app?

Hello
Is there any app for HTC wildfire similar to iGo?
I am using google maps and i have the following problems or maybe i am not expert with google maps so if yu can resolve my problems below i will be grateful

- The screen is locked or standby after certain time and i want to make the map application is always running and on top while driving
and i have to tap on the screen every minute to keep it on

- The map is not rotated or moved while driving so i need to move the map to continously see my location and and directions to destination

- i want to save locations and use them as start and end points

- i want to save routes, so each time i go on road i load a route and drive

- Where does it store the maps so i can move it to sdcard for backup and not to download again?

- if i want the maps for a specific country or city, can i download it from a site and transfer it to sdcard?
