ZAGG - Invisible Shield for Xperia Arc

Product Overview
  • Military grade patented material engineered for your Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc
  • Unique properties provide self-healing qualities
  • Helps reduce the appearance of fingerprint smudges and smears
  • Includes free lifetime replacement warranty for the life of your device
  • Trusted worldwide with over 20 million invisibleSHIELDs sold
  • 45 day money back guarantee

Scratch Proof
The precision pre-cut invisibleSHIELD applies directly to your Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, providing the toughest, most durable protection you will find. The invisibleSHIELD has its origins in the military, where it was used to protect high-speed helicopter blades from dust, dirt and debris.
Now you can use that same powerful technology to protect your Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc. It is so tough that we back it with a lifetime guarantee. So, if it ever does wear or scratch, we will replace it for free, for the life of your device. And if you ever need to remove the invisibleSHIELD, no problem; it comes off clean and leaves no sticky residue.

Nano-Memory Technology
The authentic invisibleSHIELD film features Nano-Memory technology, which is visible as a very subtle texture in the surface of the film. This superior component of the invisibleSHIELD offers four main competitive benefits:
Durability - Self-healing properties offer unbelievable resistance to scratches and damage, and will extend the life of your device
Coverage - Greater pliability and flexibility allows the invisibleSHIELD designs to cover the corners and curves of your device better than the competition.
Ease of Install - The improved pliability also facilitates easier installation
Drop Resistant - Improved grip makes it easier to hang onto your expensive gadgets
Glare Reduction - The invisibleSHIELD gives your device a slight "orange peel" finish that breaks up glare and reduces finger print smudges, while still creating high resolution screen viewing clarity.

45-day Money Back Guarantee
Your purchase is backed by our 45 Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your ZAGG product, return it within 45 days of your purchase date for a 100% refund.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is simply what it says: If your invisibleSHIELD ever becomes scratched, torn, or damaged while protecting your device, we offer you a free invisibleSHIELD replacement for as long as you own your device. We want you to feel safe and secure when investing in your digital life, and that you are confident the invisibleSHIELD is the strongest and most durable protection you will find.

Ione had it for my arc, only front though. It did protect, you can't really damage it, BUT and a big but.. I felt that the touchscreen became harder to use, and it was hard to move the finger cross the screen, because of the material it was made of. Maybe it was just me, but they sure do make good products.

i have it on my neo and must say i am disappointed, it works that's true but i have a lot of micro bubbles under my shield that looks horrible. And before i will get blamed for not following installation manual, i followed, took me like 20 minutes but still those bubbles never dissapired. Another thing i do not like is the fact its sticky and gets easily deformed on the edges. Do not buy...

They are the one who will install the ZAGG shield on my phone here, so I may not experience that problem you are facing. If i did see any bubbles on the installation ofcourse they have to fix that as part of their service.

That's one reason too why I will not replace my pre installed shatterproof screen, because of the sticky feeling on ZAGG.

Back and Sides are one need to be protected for now :)

I've had it installed. I've had it previously (2 years ago or more) on my iPhone and I must say that the quality was way better. My invisible shield once the phone was in my pocket and the temperature was high during this summer, it simply started to unstick, especially on the corners. I've received the replacement but did not put it on. If someone is interested, pm me, I can resell it cheaper, cause I am not going to use it definitely...

oh so you're interested in it too? i saw it in SM also and inquired about it as well... i'll buy one this october and i'll tell how it goes...

i currently have this gel casing for the arc: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Grey-Gel-T...35326255838901

but i feel its true beauty is somewhat lost upon covering the entire thing... so yeah i'm also looking forward if iShield could deliver to my expectations...

shipment for the gel casing took 2 weeks btw in case you're interested...

I have an experience with ZAGG with my old Satio

I bought the full coverage one.. it really help and still shines !!

but..
touch screen becomes less responsive, Satio has Resistive touch screen, even thought it's much better than older ones ( like W960i ) but it still not as responsive as capacitive. the shield notibaly affected the respondivity of the touch screen and the feeling of it...

after some time, the ZAGG becomes yellowish ( like any transparent plastic exposed to sun ) and if you don't take care of cleaning then you will have some issues in the shield's edges where all dust and smudges goes after cleaning...

I'm talking about more than 1 - 2 years of using it.. at the end I decided to remove the shield as it comes not so clean and too yellowish also... plus Satio doesn't worth that now !!

so if you want to replace it after some months ( or each year ) then it's okay but taking it's price into account compared to other solutions make you wonder to use it replace it more than 2 times as the phone will be old enough !!

Thanks for sharing, I think, more than 1 year is good enough for me before replacing it with a new one , and about the screen protector I might go look for another brand, I don't like the sticky feeling
