Screen timeout

this is the second day of my bionic. I've been having issues with the screen timeout not working. my phone screen will stay on until i push the power button, Any ideas?

I had that happen to me as well, but only once. A reboot fixed it and I haven't seen it since.

Was having same problem here along with a few others, such as led blinking on restart, and docks not always working correctly. Just exchanged for new bionic and everything seems better with this one. It even had a different wallpaper installed on it right out of box. I thought that was interesting.
