Lagfree 100mhz@800mV freezed by me.
Now i'm testing 100mhz@850mV with SmartassV2.

freezing while using doesn't count.
did it freeze while waking up from sleep?
800 may be too less...

It freezed while it was in deep sleep.

in v1.6 I could not go below 825 and 825 was having lockups sometimes.
now I am using 100MHz@800mV without any problem for 2 hours.
I've given 850mV rank back to 200MHz

These are my settings and working fine so far (of course I will test them much longer) on VR250, modem KI1, kernel 1.7b1 smartassv2 100mhz-1000mhz (SetCPU). Undervolting values:

-25 mV = 1600mhz: 1400 mV
-25 mV = 1400mhz: 1300 mV
-25 mV = 1200mhz: 1250 mV
-25 mV = 1000mhz: 1150 mV
-25 mV = 800mhz: 1050 mV
-50 mV = 500mhz: 925 mV
-50 mV = 200mhz: 900 mV
-50 mV = 100mhz: 875 mV

please post back after 1 charge cycle..
if you have the problem it will happen in a day

yes, sure.. as I said I am against extreme undervolting not because my phone can not handle it, but because I think it drains more battery.. I still hope my tests will be useful to you..
