yes, it is a change in rc1. please don't use beta versions anymore.
there was a bug in those versions but it wasn't affecting everyone.
even though you were not affected, I want to make sure that you are not affected by the fix as well

Exynos Extreme 6.0 rom 1.7rc1 not worrking
can anybody who use exynos recommend a fix or does anybody have any idea why this kernel has problems with batista and exynos roms? kernel defaults are 200-1200 ondemand and there is no undervolting.

what does that mean gokhan i didn't get it? if you feel comfortable or if you don't feel comfortable then use screen off profile. you mean it can rise to more than 500 mHz without screen off profile?

I think batista includes an undervolting init-script in the rom which would not be designed for the steppings in your kernel and therefore leads to stability issues. Don't know about exynos though.

Maybe everyone who has problems with this kernel on their rom should check their /etc/init.d/ folder for undervolting scripts.

yes, it can scale more than 500MHz when the screen is off, but it scales so slowly that if there is no resource hog process running in the background it will never reach 500MHz. in that case, you should not set a screen-off profile but find&solve that problem.

CPU should not change frequency while going into deep sleep and there was an indexing problem in that part.
