X8 Recovery doesn't work

Hello , after my stupid install an custom rom , my X8 couldn't launch, so I did fixed it with PC Companion. After rooting I did installed xRecovery, but it doesn't work!
I tried with Flashtool , with .apk and by root explorer. It seems that nothing sees xRecovery. I did everything with instructions step by step. What I have to do I don't wanna stuck on stock rom. Any help?

Yes, that´s the easiest way, and you´ll also get the CWM-Recovery with this.
