On my phone in full dark button backlight not turn on.

Try covering the sensors right below the left end of the speaker grill. The backlight should turn on.

But ben, seeing as you have used lbc for a long time, how did you manage to switch off the backlight keys in his rom??

They are always on by default!

Lol. Maybe HTC should put some florescent buttons that glow in the dark just in case.

Yeah, clever on paper, but it would look weird. The button lights should be like they are on the Galaxy S II. The light up when you touch the screen, and stay on for a specified time (1.5 seconds by default). The don't rely on the proximity sensor.
