Default Old Market

How can I revert to the older market version? The new market is nice but i'd prefer the older snappier one. Is it as simple as finding the apks and using root explorer to copy them over?

Use Titanium backup then wipe data and uninstall Market, then restore app data from this file http://www.mediafire.com/?8b2htkdd99r6q6n copy to folder titaniumbackup.

When copying 3 files to sdcard, after you need to kill titanium backup app from advance task manager, then rerun it to read the Old Market backup.

In Titanium Apps scroll to the lowest down, and you'll see Market restore it.

Old market is obiously faster, but the new market has many new features like books etc. and also makes going through large lists of apps much easier to do. The ads look cool and it also has PIN protection for purchases so if you have a payment method saved, noone can buy an app without having to put in the PIN you set in the market settings.

I installed an early version of the new market ages ago just by via apk, then HTC updated it automatically in the background to the latest one. I'm on stock.
