Default windows 8 unable to boot in my additional path assisgned

hi
today i downloaded windows 8 x 32 and created a bootable dvd , but the problem i face is that in order to dual boot i create another partition of 20 gb in order to install windows 8.

but when i boot to install windows 8 everything goes fine but it does not allow me to select the partition i created instead it only allows me to install in c drive where my windows 7 is installed.
while my other drive d/e/g- the one i created shrinking my hard disk drive shows that the partition contain one or more dynamic volume that are not supported for install so i can select any of those partition except c.

any assistance appreciated

Why not use some common sense and title your topics correctly?

Titles are suppose to be descriptive not just to say "help", You do that via your topic not make it the title.

Sorry but I personally just find it really annoying when people do this on forums.

I'd agree with you but personally I despise atheists so eh.

Use EasyBCD to create an entry in bootmgr to load Windows 8.

Why, because they don't share in your delusion? Or they are not prepared to have a closed mind for the sake of fear of reality?

You are welcome to your weak brains comfort blanket if it makes you feel better, Just don't burn people at the stake because they don't share the same childish belief system as yours.

I faced the same problem when I tried to install. It is because when you created the partition, you converted it from basic to dynamic, and Windows OS cannot be installed on a dynamic volume.

I assume that both the drives are on the same hard disk and hence you might not be able to able to convert one volume into basic using Partition Wizard Home edition that is preinstalled on Windows 7. What you need is either Partition Wizard Professional Edition(which is not free), or the older version of Partition Wizard Free Edition(version 4.2), as the older free version has option to convert volume from dynamic to basic. I would really recommend you to backup your files before doing it. Also remember that you might not be able to reinstall your Windows 7 from recovery drive, if it is a dynamic drive. So better convert it to basic now.

Hope this information helps you.

lol, believe in religion? Dude I have no problem believing in religion as it exists, Its god I don't believe in.

I in no way inferred that I'm a "title god", Its in the rules to use proper descriptive titles, Plus its just supposed to be common sense. For example, if you was advertising the sale of your car in the paper, You wouldn't put "selling my car" or "car" would you?

Anyway I dont want to get into silly arguments about mythology, Its like arguing about Santa with a child. Move along.

Wow. You really do think your something special. If you bothered to read the rules you would also know that "flaming" people is also contradictory to them. So in future if you have nothing productive to add to the discussion please refrain from running your mouth. Your adolescent attitude is not an asset to the community.

I can really recommend the partitioning software by Easeus.
