Easy. If you don't have Root Explorer, download it from the market. So usefull. If you need the APK lmk, i'll email it to you.

From RootExplorer:

Mount to r/w and copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media and make sure to replace the one you have in there.

Just did it on mine..its ok actually.
