[Q] Usb Device Not Recognised

Sorry for the long story but i wanted to share every knowledge with u guys so someone can solve this problem

Well hello everyone. Guys i have been using my galaxy s for about 7 months now and to show u guys my level of knowledge i change my rom every 15 days. so it means i can root, can use odin, can change kernels, roms etc.

Now to the problem. Every thing was fine for last 6 months. but a problem is started i think in the last month my computer(Not just mine i have tried many & different OS) recognize my mobile in usb mass storage. i think it started when the Galaxian kernal was released. when i connect the my usb cabel(Not just mine i have changed 3 to 4 cabels) it plays the sound of charging like 3 to 4 times then charging starts and then the error usb device not recognised.
i have tried i think every ROM, every Kernel, The Stock Roms But its all the same. so i thaught it was a problem with the hardware port. but when i change the Rom. the port start working like a charm, like nothings happend, but after a few hours it stop working again.

So guys help me please.

Please guys help

Flash a different kernel if the problem started with a new kernel.
Go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1196704 and check the kernels at the bottom of the list.
Let me know if this solves the issue.

I Have Tried Many Kernels, If it was the cause of kernels it would be GALAXIAN but currently i m running on Semaphore 1.6 and Stock JVQ... But No Solution........

What I suggest is go back to stock rom, no custom kernels ... then try reinstall USB drivers. If this wont help, then try Nexus S USB drivers. Of course after flash stock do wipe.
