Custom Red/Black Go SMS Pro Theme

Been wanting this for a while but none came out so I made my own. Came out pretty good I think. All red/black. Even the textbox where u type text messages is blacked out and the letters are white. Just customize further yourself to make it even MORE red and black and it'll look sick.

Here it is! - new as of 9/24 - and WORKING (at least for me) - REDblack_Minimal_Theme_GO_SMS_v1.5-signed.apk

EDIT: Sorry. Forgot to include install instructions previously. Here they are:

1. Make sure you do NOT have the Go SMS Pule Theme installed on your phone. If you do, remove it. (My theme uses the Pule theme as a foundation, and I'm really not sure how to edit the name lol.)

2. Install my theme.

3. Go into Go SMS and press Menu > Theme.

4. Click on the theme that says "GOSMS Theme Pule".

5. A pop-up will display with the choices of Apply, Update, or Rate. CLICK APPLY!!! DO NOT click Update. NEVER Update this theme, as it will undo the changes I've made to it.

6. My theme should now be applied.

To make it look even better, make sure you go into Appearance Settings on the Menu>Settings screen and change all the backgrounds to black and all the text to red/white.



ALSO, the theme actually came out a little lighter than I thought, looking a bit pink-ish. I might re-do it and darken the reds. I'll post if I do. Hope the instructions help.

Hi there. I followed your instructions and removed the Go Pule and once agian tried to install your theme but I am still getting a message stating apk did not install. I went through Root Explorer to try to install the Theme once I removed the old pule theme. Is there some other way or do you know why your APK will not install. Thank you

screen shot added. not much imagination involved lol...pretty much all black with red and white.

1 thing thats pissing me off badly is that i can't change the color of the send button in chat screens to white. its currently a light purple. so if anyone can change just this for me...i did most of the work here. its not too noticeable tho so still def test this theme out if u like black red white themes.

edit: just noticed, after u press send it changes from purple to white...so not too serious. still kinda detracts something. came out better this time tho. previous version i posted was too light. almot pink. looked redder on my comp. but this one is RED.

Dude..Dude...that is an awesome theme!!!! Major props for this. I currently have my phone on dark carnival theme and this theme for Go SMS only enhances my phone. You did a great job. Thanks lots.
