It ain't the stock TouchWiz launcher. That thing has a memory leak.

I don't know if it's Samsung or the Froyo VM. Either way, you can't go wrong. Ditch the stock launcher asap.

i'd say you can't go wrong with Launcher Pro, Go Launcher Ex, Zeam, or ADW Ex.... and probably there are others. not sure there is really a best, it sorta comes down to personal preference.

Launcher pro is goood ause its quick but hard to customize and stuff go launcher goood but too much like adw and zeam its ok but laggs at time but I am on gingerclone v2 right now oh by the way do u know any goood widgets

I haven't used many widgets on the SK at all, but have you tried Fancy Widgets or Beautiful Widgets from the market?

Noo I love weather and toggle our something like that it better to me cause I can havee sense clock on my phonee

Well, there's a potential hangup right there. Most widgets will run as a service in the background and eat your RAM/CPU. I've seen all kinds of widgets that boast about how compact they are based solely on the size of the app, but the download size really isn't what you are concerned with; it's the amount of your limited memory that is going to be consumed physicaly running the widget on your device.

Android is very reluctant to shut down services. For instance, I've been trying out a new battery and used a nice battery widget to monitor performance. That's all fine and good, but it ate 20 megs

Thatss crazy I didn't know that but my ram acts kinda funnny it willl be alll goood then it will go down dramaticallly its not funnny and then goes up so what clock widget the bes u may say ?
